Revolverheld

Founded in the most beautiful German Hanseatic city of Hamburg in 2003 - at that time still under the name "Manga" - Revolverheld has been steadily climbing ever since. Their debut album Revolverheld was released in September 2005 and the first singles promptly conquered the charts. The band became known to a wider audience by participating in the Bundesvision Song Contest 2006 with their third single "Freunde bleiben". Meanwhile the combo around singer Johannes Strate has sold several 100,000 albums and fills even the biggest arenas in Germany.

One of the absolute highlights of their career is undoubtedly their MTV Unplugged performance at the Friedrich-Ebert-Halle in Hamburg. This was followed by the album "Revolverheld - MTV Unplugged in drei Akten" and the tour of the same name.
