All Hamburg MMA fans can be happy, because the next date has already been confirmed: On 17 October 2020, Germany's largest national MMA series will be setting up its octagon for the sixth time in the Barclaycard Arena. Again a spectacular Fightcard in various weight classes is expected.

We love MMA found its origin in 2010. Right at the premiere event of the martial arts spectacle, the Universal Hall in Berlin was completely sold out. Also at the six following events in Berlin nobody wanted to miss the 12 Cagefights and tickets were completely sold out. An impressive proof how many fans of martial arts have in Germany by now. Due to the immense demand for tickets, the martial arts series was able to move to bigger and bigger arenas and further cities within a few years. Since 2014 the high class mixed martial arts series is on a successful tour through Germany. 

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a full contact martial art that allows a wide range of fighting techniques, from a mixture of traditional to non-traditional competition techniques. The rules allow for punching and ground fighting techniques such as boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, Kung Fu, Judo and Grappling, so that competitors with different backgrounds can meet each other.

The events of the We Love MMA series are held under the international rules of the "Unified Rules of Mixed Martial Arts". Referees, adjudicators and doctors monitor strict compliance with the rules.
